I’ve had my eyes on Milk Makeup for a while now. A completely vegan (despite the name) and cruelty free brand with a cult-like following throughout North America, many makeup and skincare lovers here in the British Isles have been longing to try out Milk Makeup for ages. Now, thanks to their partnership with Cult Beauty, we finally have the opportunity to!
Here are the products that I’ve been dying to get my hands on;
I’m currently scouring the market for a cleanser that I can easily take travelling with me, and this one seems to fit that description perfectly! This solid cleanser uses matcha green tea and micro-bead free exfoliants to detoxify and gently lift away dead skin.
Everyone needs a morning pick-me-up sometimes, and my under eyes are no exception. Because of this, I’m really looking forward to trying out Milk’s Cooling Water, which claims to de-puff under eyes as well as soothe and moisturise irritated skin.
Watermelon Brightening Serum
I’d never considered the idea of a solid serum before hearing about this product and I am so into it. This serum uses matrixyl, one of my favourite skincare ingredients, to moisturise and add elasticity to the skin.
KUSH High Volume Mascara
Although the entire KUSH line does seem a little bit gimmicky, I have been desperately searching for a conditioning vegan mascara ever since I found out that my Glossier Lash Slick wasn’t actually vegan. KUSH High Volume Mascara definitely seems like a worthy replacement!
KUSH Fibre Brow Gel
Another product that I’m hoping will replace one of my non-vegan Glossier favourites. I was quite sad when I found out that Boy Brow contains beeswax, but Milk’s KUSH Fibre Brow Gel swaps that out for cannabis oil, making it a great vegan alternative!
